“Been coming to family court for 6yrs & out of all the lawyers I've been the only one who actually cared about what I had to say & has gotten me the results I wanted. I couldn't be more thankful for him!”

“Mr. Dailey handled a very difficult divorce matter with understanding and skill. The matter was guided in a positive and timely manner and the outcome was very favorable.”
A Satisfied Client (Review From Avvo)
“Michael Dailey was our attorney for a custody case. He was proactive in fighting for our case. He is not, however, a "yes" man. He gave us straight advice, all the time. Mike explained legal terms and procedures in a way that was clear to my wife and I. I feel that Mike genuinely cared for us and for the outcome of our case. I would recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for an attorney. I was very pleased with my experience with Mike as my attorney.”

“I endorse this lawyer. We both worked a very difficult Attempted Murder case were he got great results for his client.”
Ricardo R., Criminal Defense Attorney
“Mr. Dailey and I were both prosecutors in NY and worked closely together. I know him to be a hard working, conscientious, and intelligent attorney. I have no doubt that he provides excellent representation.”
Andrew Liu
“I endorse this lawyer’s work. Michael is an ethical, hardworking, intelligent and honest attorney. He is professional and empathic to both his clients and his peers and yet a worthy advocate.”
